i have wanted to make these for years. i am going to have to put these on my valentines list!
I always get confused. It’s not passionfruit that smells like vomit, right. And it’s not guava. PAPAYA. That’s it.

I have to admit that I am not a big fan of gelees, it is a texture thing. BUT, as I have a rather large container of passion fruit puree in my freezer, I think I’ll give these a go in the hope that some holiday visitors will think they are pretty cool. – S
