espresso maker, but then you can’t say it was HANDMADE. Plus, the Bialetti doesn’t look like the wings of a majestic bird. So you should probably just get this one.

The stovetop Bialetti, and other espresso makers of its type, are much different. This type of espresso maker brews at higher pressures and lower temperatures, which is more appropriate for espresso. You can check out http://www.coffeegeek.com for more info on the differences if you really care. I, for one, am excited about this because it’s the cheapest espresso maker I can find.
