Because I love love love ice, but I don’t necessarily love a watery beverage.
Finally, my mimosas can be as chilled as I need them to be. IT’S ABOUT DAMN TIME. The people have suffered tepid mimosas for TOO LONG.
(I get a little over-excited about the temperature of my beverages, in case that needed to be stated.)

I’m a big fan of the “make the ice cubes out of the stuff you’re drinking” method. Orange juice cubes + champagne = best (and drunkiest) mimosas ever
