cheese and meat…probably between buns. even more likely that it’s one of those 20 pound burgers that people (especially guys setting up heart disease in their middle age) seem to try to eat all on their own.
It’s an In-n-Out burger, all right. I don’t have one of those in this area, but I read all about ‘the secret order menu’ of this restaurant on another blog I frequent. I’m going to go with…6 by 6 burger.
