    Paula Disbrowe, authoress of Cowgirl Cuisine, likes to give macho cuts of beef - in this case, sirloin - a "pretty, feminine treatment." Because when I think "pretty and feminine" I know I think "nose-burning, palate-numbing Szechuan peppercorns."
