Liveblogging Top Chef Masters: Episode 2

Tonight: the master chefs are stymied by hand-crank meat grinders, and then they have to recreate classic 60′s dishes; I expect to see a lot of re-made gelatin salad.

Also, I expect not to know anyone’s name, because they used up all the willing celebrity chefs in seasons 1 and 2.

So, sorry guys. I’ve basically been having one massive panic attack all day, and I’m totally exhausted. I can’t do it tonight. Next week. Promise.
