I have no clue what these are meant to be used for, since they don't have shampoo basin plumbing, but I will say that I think the colorblindness test spots are supposed to represent bunny tails. See how they are on the same side as the ears, but lower? Kind of in the same place as they put the real tails on bunnies that have their skulls intact with brains still inside 'em.
