Tonight, rather than spend my money on crab claws or lobster tails or vanilla beans or porterhouse steaks, I’ll be donating the average amount of a Smackdown to Haitian earthquake relief, and I’ll add another dollar for everyone who comments on this post before Saturday at noon EST.
If you did the same on your blog – whatever you can afford, a dollar per comment, a quarter per comment, a dime per comment – we could really shake some shit up.

great idea! Thank you for your generosity.
You’re right: if everyone donated the cost of even 1 Starbucks fancy coffee, what a difference it would make.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to help this way. Blessings to you and yours!
Thank you for this effort. Haiti needs all the help we can send.
I don’t know you, but I like you if just for this effort for Haiti. And your blog posts are funny.
I would love to see lots of help for Haiti.
The missions I already support there are:
healinghaiti.com, and Lifeline Christian Missions.
Thanks!
We have friends, sponsored children, and two missions we support in Haiti. Please, please continue your efforts to help them. Two we use are healinghaiti.com, and Lifeline Christian Missions. Our granddaughter was adopted from an orphanage in Haiti, and her biological family is still there.
Thanks!
Thank you for doing – I have a collection on the counter in my cafe – all our money will make a difference – lets get it there soon!
