Because dear god, what is that thing?

Leftover chicken, shred.

Leftover roasted veggies and mashed potatoes, reheat.

Mix all of the above together.

Mush around in pan.

Brunch is served. Who says foodies are food snobs?

  1. I had leftover kraut and smoked sausages braised in apple juice. Or rather, I had the kraut and the dog had the smoked sausage. We were both pleased.

  2. Hey, it works. You can put a lot of stuff into mashed potatoes and have it work. That looks kind of like what I’m having for lunch.
