Thanks for bringing “butter shits” to public view. Totally well-known phenom in restos, yet many diners don’t make the connection, and just assume they’ve been poisoned. The resto I used to work at would get angry calls occasionally, and the chef would ask, “Do you eat a lot of butter on a regular basis? No? Well, let me explain…”

kristie, sad for you, or EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED YOU TO THINK? brittany, it was nice. it just could have been nicer. kerry, don't act like you haven't experienced butter shits. you're married to a chef, for christ's sake; i see the giant pot of melted butter he keeps on the stove to add to anything and everything when he cooks for special occasions. erica, yes!! i spent 5 minutes trying to point the turtle out to brian, and he still claims he doesn't see it. i don't know if i believe him.
