		<description>The cinnamon (minus) cardamom rolls have been made.  And partly (not quite mostly, yet) consumed.  No cardamom exists in the kitchen here, it was discovered, but a little ground clove and allspice worked quite well with the orange drizzle.  (I would like orange drizzle, the next time it drizzles, but I suspect I would succumb to the resultant sugar coma far too soon for it to really be of much use to me).
