Thursday Night Smackdown: Biffed Again

The epic battle of modern pharmacology v. my mis-wired brain continues, with my mis-wired brain making a strong comeback effort in the fourth quarter to try and defeat modern medicine’s efforts to tame it.

And so the war rages on.

  1. GO! FIGHT! WIN!

    Wait.

I forgot who I’m cheering for, the drugs? the brain?
    YOU! I’m cheering for YOU!

I’m also still praying for you. I hope this really, really starts to get better soon and I am very, very glad that you are still hanging on despite the ups and downs. Hang in there! Things WILL get better!

  2. ((hug))

If you don’t feel like cooking, then don’t cook. It should be fun, not an obligation.

Maybe just close it all down for a while so you don’t even have to think about it? One less thing on your mind. Just take a chill out vacation. Say, ” Dear Readers, I’ll see you in a month…” :)

  3. I am yet another lurker here to say I have faith you will get there. I had my first (and hopefully last) nervous breakdown at 21, and have been on meds ever since.

You *will* get there. It’s good to see that you are letting your loved ones taking care of you. It will pass, I promise.

So much good wishing from so many people coming your way. You are truly loved!

  4. Hang in there, Michelle. There is no other blog I can read that has your flair for cussing. I miss it, but I’ll wait! ;)

I’m still thinking of you, and I know you’ll beat this.

And oh! I have my TNS entry done already, so there’s no way I’m missing the next one.
